Coaching, consulting and scheduled services need session details, duration, price, time zone and availability. Decide when a booking is confirmed, who receives notifications and what the customer should keep.

Decisions before platform selection.
- Session length, operating days, time zone and capacity.
- Instant confirmation or owner review.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and closure rules.
- Online payment or separately arranged payment.
- Required data, notifications and booking-management access.
Test the paths that do not go as planned.
Two customers can select the same time before either confirms. The system needs a clear conflict outcome. Retrying after a dropped connection should avoid duplicate bookings. Cancellation should update availability under the agreed rules.
The public calendar should show occupancy without exposing names or session details. Plan who can view confirmations and cancel bookings.
How the quotation is determined.
Booking is not automatically included in a landing page or company website package. We assess whether an existing booking tool, a platform/plugin or a custom build fits. The quotation explains setup, subscriptions, usage, payments and ongoing care.
LH’s standard base website fees are RM2,000 for a landing page and RM4,500 for a company website up to five pages. Booking and integrations need additional agreed scope; these base fees are not quotations for a complete booking system.
