A system or an automation?
An internal system fits a team that needs shared records, status views, user roles and organised actions. Automation fits a known trigger and repeatable steps across existing tools.
An example to discuss: receive an enquiry, create a record, assign an owner and notify the team. This illustrates possible scope; integration availability still needs checking.
Start with the real workflow.
Bring a non-confidential example showing where work arrives, who handles it, which information is needed and how completion is confirmed. We identify the normal path, exceptions and what should happen when a connection fails.
- Data sources and the accounts required.
- Ownership of each step and access levels.
- Approval before consequential actions.
- Failure records, retries and a manual fallback.
- Test scenarios and a clear definition of completion.
What determines the price?
Internal systems and automation solutions each start at a standard build fee of RM5,000. The 30% introductory offer brings each to a starting build fee of RM3,500 for the first five customers across all six packages, subject to availability confirmation.
Modules, roles, integrations, data migration and error handling determine the final quotation. APIs, hosting, tool subscriptions, messages and ongoing care are separate. Provider plans, API access and account approval may limit integrations.
When should you simplify the process first?
If every case is handled differently, records are inconsistent or nobody owns the process, start with a clear checklist and template. Once the workflow is stable, automation is easier to evaluate.
